  1. How do you place an order?

    August 12, 2011 at 2:03 pm

    • To place an order, just send an email to us stating the sayings on the tiles you would like to order, and whether you want 6″ or 12″ tiles if the tiles you’re ordering come in both sizes (Please note: some tiles are only available in one size). We will then email you back with instructions on how to pay us through PayPal, and your tiles will be shipped as soon as possible.

As of today, we have a new email address: oreillytiles@gmail.com. Our old email address will continue to work for a period of time, but we would like to convert all orders to this new email address.

      Thanks for contacting us!

Lori….How long does it take to fill a personalized order? And are there darker or lighter stones to choose from? I love your work! It’s amazing!

    • Tisch, I could normally have a personalized tile done within 3-4 days, but I am tied up all this week getting ready for a 2-day craft show this weekend in Trenton, MO. I could work on it next week for you. If you see a particular tile you want, just tell me which photo it is in and I’ll let you know if I have any of those on hand right now. I do use both darker and lighter tiles, and there are certain ones I try to keep in stock all the time. Thanks for the compliments ~~ I really appreciate them!

Can these take heat? can a hot pan be set on one?

    December 1, 2011 at 1:31 am

    • Pat, no, we do not recommend using these tiles as trivets. We use adhesive vinyl to do the wording and it would probably stick to a hot pan. They are meant to be used for decorative purposes only.

Is there any other way to pay other than Paypal? Our account got hacked on there and we do not use it any more.

    • Rebecca, I would accept a money order from the U.S. Postal Service.

Lori has created several tiles for me and each one is special, unique, and perfect for the occasion. If you can imagine it, Lori can create it!
